Q: Can I set up a standing order for a monthly Peak Choice meat box?
A: Yes. Please email us for details at
sales@peakchoice.co.uk

Q: Do you supply Organic meat boxes?
A: Two of our members are currently Organic accredited, when they have stock ready we will offer organic meat boxes as specials, on a “whilst stocks last” basis. Our standard beef and lamb boxes are however, all traditionally reared meat. This means that the beef animals are over-wintered indoors in barns, as the weather conditions in the Peak District is too harsh for them outside. They are fed on hay and silage, mostly grown on the individual farms. In the spring they are let out to graze the meadows and pastures, through the spring, summer and autumn until the weather turns too cold. The sheep also come indoors for the harshest of the winter months, and for lambing.

Q: Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
A: Yes. Wherever possible we try to minimise any negative impacts our activities might have on the environment. The meat boxes are recyclable, the meat box liners are bio-degradable, and the insulation material is made out of wool which has fantastic insulation properties and is of course fully bio-degradable.
