Our Peak District
Not only are you buying high quality beef and lamb for your table, you are also investing in an environmentally sustainable way of farming that has changed little from generation to generation. The small family owned farms where your beef and lamb was reared have shaped the spectacular countryside of the Peak District National Park that you can see and enjoy today.
The Peak District National Park has 74,788 ha of Environmentally Sensitive Areas, 8,756 km of drystone walls, 109 conservation areas and 50,929 ha of moorland, of which a unique balance of flora, fauna and wildlife have been maintained through traditional farming and environmental best practice in partnership with farmers and the Peak District National Park Authority.
