Rewlach Farm is situated in the Manifold Valley in the heart of the Peak District. It has been farmed by successive generations of the same family for almost 400 years. The land has always been farmed in a traditional extensive manner, but in 1998 they decided to convert the land to organic standards. The Texel cross Suffolk sheep and Shorthorn and Simmental cross cattle now graze clover and herb-rich pastures that are free from artificial fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides, and which run alongside the banks of the Blake Brook and River Manifold.
