Selected on the farm and taken direct to our local abattoir partner (maximum travel time of 30 minutes) avoids animals of the stress of livestock markets and extensive transportation, which has a direct effect on the flavour, carcase yield and texture of your beef and lamb.

Typically our customers demand high quality carcases with a minimum grade of R3 for cattle (heifers & steers only) and R3L for lambs, with some requests of special order rare breed i.e. Highland, White Park, Lincoln Red, Dexter etc. cattle and Derbyshire Gritstone lambs.
